Shipping doesn't take long at all, the moment you order, its already on its way. The quality is always amazing and i've been happy with everything i bought. The only downside is that everything can be quite pricey but you get what you pay for. Customer service is kind and helpful and quick to respond ! Unzzy is one of my most favorite places to shop, i highly reccommend them :)

I’ve ordered several wigs from unzzy and they have all been just what i was looking for, great quality especially for the price and shipping was fairly quick. I now find myself wanting to keep buying more and more! I definitely recommend buying from unzzy and will definitely be purchasing more in the future :)

The wig I ordered from them was absolutely beautiful!!! It came in just a few weeks and trust me it was really worth the wait !!

This is an amazing shop for alternative and cute clothing! I ordered the harajuku love shoes and they were super comfortable and looked exactly like in the picture! There were some issues with the shipping but after contacting them they handled everything professionally and the package arrived in 2 weeks! Would definetly recommend! But make sure you read their returning policy before ordering ;) <3

The owner has very bad customer service. The wig is very bad condition and unwearable. She sent me a very thin wig with the weft falling out and the wefts showing in the back scalp and refused to do a return. 5 emails later she said she’d honor her return policy of returning a defective wig but only if I paid the return shipping which she said is “very expensive” and not worth it. She made the mistake of sending me a broken wig.. then wanted to charge me shipping to get a wig that’s not broken.

I LOVE unzzystore!!!💖 I ordered from them recently and absolutely loved what I received! I ordered the Pikachu Sweater Hoodie and it was really comfortable and cuteeee. Pikachu looks so adorable and the product matched the photo! I love it and can't wait to post pics of myself in it!🥰💖

Was really dissapointed by my experince with Unzzy and their products. I mostly bought shoes from them- and I do not reccomend it. Multiple items were dirty and did not match the product photos on the site. Items have Wish/Aliexpress quality but prices way to high for what you're receiving. Consider buying elsewhere.

I’m in love!!💗 I recently ordered the ‘Pink long straight wig’ (style:KF20152) This was my first wig ever purchased and its safe to say I'm obsessed. The quality of the wig is impressive and the hairs are so soft. I personally use a more delicate boar-bristle brush and it works great for this. The wig itself came wrapped safely in a protective net alongside an extra hair net for personal use which was really convenient. Also the customer service was very sweet and helpful, so if you don’t mind the wait then I definitely recommend trying this company! I myself will be buying a few more for sure.😊
