Although my initial experience was disappointing, I am now incredibly impressed by the reach-out from the company to make things right. I don't think I've ever been contacted by the CEO of a company, willing to do whatever necessary to help me and even offer alternative suggestions for seeking a means of selling my jewelry. THAT is real customer service and I much appreciate it.

I was hesitant about Unvault at first, but the appeal of getting my jewelry appraised and then selling a few unused and broken pieces was hard to resist. So I decided to give it a try. And I am so glad that I did.

The appraisal process was super quick - I just needed to upload the photos to get an estimate. The team then did an excellent job at keeping me updated about the next steps. Everything went very smoothly from submitting my items, to receiving the video of unpacking my jewelry, to getting the actual value of what I would receive as payment, and then to the final payment.

I was a little cautious when I first decided to try Unvault but I quickly learned that they are reliable and honest! So easy to deal with and you can trust that you wil get a fair assessment. I have even had two times when the assessment was more than the original evaluation!

It took me some time to get up the courage to send Unvault my jewelry. My pieces weren't high dollar value, but they held emotional value that was difficult to let go of. I'm 60+ years old and this type of platform isn't something I'm intuitively comfortable with. However, after much back and forth I felt confident that I was sending my pieces to the right place. Will and the rest of the team were patient, communicative, and didn't pressure me at all. The website is fantastic as it gives you some idea of what each item could be worth prior to submission. They will send you videos of the opening of the box, the weighing of each item and the special X-ray. I also received a breakdown of the sell price of each individual item with a photo and other information. Everyone was willing to work with me and make sure I felt secure in my decision. I can be a bit old school so I've opted to have a check mailed. There are other items in my jewelry box that I'm thinking of sending in. They will send you a FedEx label, you just need to provide the box. Unvault will also have the box picked up at your home. Thank you, Unvault, for your patience and understanding as I worked through my reservations to get to the point where I made the decision to sell.
