BUT The website is NOT user friendly. It confusing. “Billing” and “shipping” inputs are mixed up. After several times trying to edit, I gave up.
Searching for shirts is tedious. Colors are unclear unless you zoom in. Also titles for shirt preferences are not accurate.
Scam company - avoid
I tried to cancel an order 3 minutes after placing it online but Untuckit refused to do so. They are literally the only company I have ever dealt with who have acted like that.
They gave me a 30% discount code for my next order. I told them I would never order from them again. 4 months later they replied to my last email encouraging me to use the discount code and buy from them again.
Worst company and worst customer service imaginable. Don't buy anything from them.
Mis sized shirt like others seem to be getting . Very poor
Been a buyer of these shirts for a while and couldn't understand why all the negative reviews until I too was the recipient of a wrongly sized shirt. A medium that was probably an XL. Untuckit gave me a discount code for my next order (there wont be one guys) but still we are left with a shirt that resembles a small tent. This mis sizing should never happen on a premium expensive shirt never mind the amount of time it appears to happen. Guess we'll need to look for another shirt supplier

Their return policy is terrible
Their return policy is terrible. My wife bought me two shirts for Christmas the first part of November. They have a 30 day refund policy. Their shirts run small and as these were a Christmas gift there was no way we could have known this before 30 days were up. We won;t be buying from them again.
Untuckit shirt material is inferior.
After few months threads on shirts starts to come off. Their material is inferior. I have shirts from Banana Republic and had them for several years. They use much better material than Untuckit. I would not buy expensive Untuckit shirts and then have to deal with inferior quality material.

It's a long story, but suffice to write that I'm beyond satisfied with Dan's exemplary service via on the Chat line. I've been a UnTuck It customer for years now and my on line orders always have been problem free until now. It was my error and Dan was able to quickly intervene and resolve the issue for me, hassle free! Do not order physical giftcard

I ordered a GiftCard on December 17th. They said it would be delivered by December 25th. I opted for a physical GC opposed to a digital GC, because the person receiving the gift likes tangible gifts. However, It is now January 3rd and I still do not have the physical GC because they have not shipping it out.
On December 28th after no shipping or tracking updates, I did request a refund for shipping that was $20, and requested them to process a digital GC instead.
I received the $20 shipping fee back, but still have not been issued a GC. I spent $150. This has been a terrible experience and the person I ordered for keeps asking me when they will get their Christmas present. Its a GC this should not be that difficult. I am embarrassed because the person waiting on their gift probably thinks I'm lying about the GC.
Size is totally off!! Not even close to the size labeled!
My wife bought me two XXXLG short sleeved shirts.
When I opened the bag and removed the shirts, they are more like a LG size. They are clearly labeled XXX Lg but most certainly are not.
They were very narrow in shoulders and they could not even come close to being buttoned. It must have been a manufacturing error or otherwise they have the most horrible sizing and fit.

after waiting almost 2 weeks, I was just informed that one part of my order was canceled because of inventory issues, I was never contacted for an alternative, now they’re sending me one part of the order that is useless without the other, I have to put my time and effort into returning the item that I no longer need, I had order these items for an event, so I am left scrambling, I will try to attempt to find a reputable alternative

Pants Sized Incorrectly
I ordered a pair of pants for my husband for $98.00, W34L32. We received the pants marked W34L32. However, we could not believe the fit in the waist. The pants measured in the waits 37.5"; unbelievable.
We are very disappointed, because the previously ordered shirts fit okay.
Untuckit, however,is not by itself regarding sizing of pants. We experienced the same thing with a pair of blue jeans from another company where the waist is measured incorrectly. It would be nice to see merchandise made in the USA again.
Shocking customer service.
Very poor service if you need to return, informed Untuckit I needed to return got all the information required returned the item with tracking number and photos of proof of postage Untuckit received and signed for the return item on 18 October 21.
After a week emailed customer service at Untuckit with photos of signed documents of receipt. Still waiting for a reply I've sent 2 more emails today is 6 November 21 still no response or refund.Ive been informed all returns are dealt with in the USA even though the items are returned to address in the UK.

I have been ordering shirts, and now sweaters, tees, and fleeces from UNTUCKit for the past 6 months. The quality and looks of their products is very good. I pay two or three times more than for a regular shirt or sweater but it looks and feels much better and wi definitely last two or three times longer than a regular item. They also have a variety of shipping options to choose from and I have always gotten my items on time. Thank you UNTUCKit!!!

Ordered 3 shirts, customer service was good at first, 2 shirts came in appox,5 days. Called about the 3rd shirt could not get a satisfactory answer, was being shipped, 5 days later still no word nor shipping confirmation. Called again same story would be shipped with confirmation notice, still no conformation notice 10 days later NO SHIRT! Out $89.00

I am giving them a 3 because the shirts are nice. And customer service was good.
After seeing some shirts first hand that a friend had bought. I decided to buy a few shirts.
After reading reviews and talking to my friend. I decided to go one size up from my normal shirt. So I ordered 3x. When they arrived I tried them on and was surprised that they wouldn’t go over my arm. At first I thought the shirts I ordered were 2x but no they all are 3x. I am left to assume they use Asian sizes not US. Because I have never had a 3x tight let alone not fit. And wear 2 in every other shirt I wear.
The shirts are nice. Good quality. Untuckit worked with me to and I was going to return them. But my nephew liked two of them. And the fit him well enough. So I gave them to him. He normally wears and extra large.
So while they make a good product. And have good customer service. If they are marketing a product to the US market? Then they really should work on the sizing issue or at least make it clear you need to go up two sizes.

The Returns process is a Maze of dead ends
The quality of this expensive product is very good. But they are over-sized and too long!
However, I have followed every option provided to arrange a return via text, e mail and phone.
There is no doubt they are seeking to obfuscate and frustrate.
In addition, I wrote the above on their review page and it wouldn’t send. Another irrelevant page came up instead.
I hope they write to me as a reply to this review so I can return the order.
Poor service
I ordered an item online and a few days later received an email notification that my order had been cancelled and a refund had been issued. I hadn’t cancelled the order so queried this with Untuckit only to be told that they’d had an inventory 'glitch'. I get it. Companies have stock issues from time to time. Good customer service, however, would have been to send an email informing me of the availability issue, apologising (and perhaps offering me a discount voucher against another choice) or asking me if I would prefer a refund. It’s a pity because the product is good but my experience was spoiled by poor customer service.
