UntilGone has been a surprisingly great experience! They are regularly updating their products & with great deals & prices. The JunkBoxes are a favorite of mine! I like the mystery experience and always receive useable items even when not the typical ‘winning’ items.

Easy order, quick delivery and items are as advertised

I ordered a closet organizer. I will never use this site again. It is a piece of Junk. Nothing like they said. On top of that, it doesn't come with directions, than when I ask for a refund, they wanted me to pay shipping which cost as much as their piece of junk that they sell. Never ever ever again.

My wife and I got matching pendants but my neck was to big so I ordered a nice silver necklace and it's astounding

I bought a laptop and tried return it and they were going to charge me $40.00 and if it was not the way the wanted it to be they were going to charge me more money. it takes 3 hours to charge it. and dies les than a couple of hours. its always dead the next day and I have to charge it all over again. a few days after I bought the laptop I found out that the same laptop is only worth $90 dalliers. I paid $140.00. they suck

They sold me a LED Face Mask that arrived without the all-ipmortant crucial for operation Power Control Box. I contacted them, and their response is to claim that they never promised me the Power Control Box...
That's like, oh, we sold you a car, but we never promised it would come with the engine.
One should never buy anything from these scammers.

I purchased a Robot vacuum mop. It has never worked. I emailed a video as requested a receipt of pur hase . My first and second attempt a email got answered by an automated system. When I sent the receipt is when I have heard nothing since. I just want a refund. I did all the trouble shooting and charged it not only the requested 6 hrs but over night. It doesn't work. I just want a refund.

Horrible company. I ordered pillows that showed up looking nothing like they were advertised. I also ordered jewelry that never arrived. They stated they would refund the jewlery, and never did. They would only refund the pillows if I paid to send them back. So I would pay extra for items that were nothing like advertised. They refused to do anything. If you like to gamble with purchases you found the right company.

I ordered a couple of items of the same thing that is nothing like the picture is. I even looked up the company that shipped it to ask what it is. The writing on the box is so small you can't read it. I wanted to return it but after paying 28.00 for this I don't feel like I should have to be out money to send it back.

I ordered a handheld game system, received tracking info saying it was shipped, however it appears that the package was never picked up from the seller. If I understand the sales model with untilgone.com, getting your package will be hit or miss since they appear to just be a broker for individuals who want to sell stuff. They don’t actually warehouse any of the products that they offer on their site, and I’m not sure how well they vet their sellers. I say this because when I contacted their customer support I was told that they would reach out to the vendor to try and resolve my problem. I suspect I won’t get the product or a refund, so buy from this merchant with caution if at all.

The junk box is just that! Don't fall the description, there is nothing in there anyone could ever want or use. Save your money!
