Cancelling Ease

I hope that this works because it is super easy to use. I want to get out of this subscription which is not working at all for me. I appreciate having the cancellation crutch, but I am insecure about its reliability. I have my fingers crossed.

I am happy the cancellation went…

I am happy the cancellation went smooth, however, I am unhappy that I was being charged monthly when did not realize it was a subscription.

Why are you taking money out of my savings. I have cancelled my account and paid the twenty one dollars and ninety five cents to discontinue service. Why are you still taking money out of my account?
