Horrible Customer Service, Avoid Preorders
The good: their prices are reasonable and in-stock product ships in a timely manner. Their rewards system is decent, and the website itself is easy enough to navigate. Those facts on their own deserve more than a single star. I'd rather award only 1.5 if possible, but rounding up to 2 stars is fine. Possibly more generous than they deserve, however.
All that being said: do not give them your business.
I have placed preorders for products on the site, that were required to pay in full at the time of order. Fairly standard practice, but I've had preorders in place waiting for almost 2 years with at best intermittent replies to requests for updates or any information at all. They've turned off comments on their social media accounts, and do not respond to emails or inquiries through the contact form on the website. I'm specifically writing this review due to their lack of communication otherwise. I've also seen similar experiences posted by other customers on some diecast specific forums and pages.
I preordered a product in April 2022 for around $70 USD. After multiple failed requests for updates over many months, I was finally able to get a response. They allowed me to switch the preorder to a newer equivalent product, about 18 months after the initial order. My order was updated in September 2023, and it's now the same situation again. 6 months later, as of the end of March 2024, inquiries on the website and direct emails remain unanswered.
Unrivaled USA still posts regularly on social media, and continues to update the site with new product. The company is active, but my experience shows that they're also actively ignoring their customers.
If there is a product on the site you're interested in, ONLY consider giving them your money if the product already shows as in-stock. DO NOT place a preorder with them.
