Based on the pictures and advertising, I expected to receive 4 decks of cards; instead it gives access to download and print. I would not have purchased this set if I knew I had to print and cut them out. The advertisement is very deceptive. The cards also do not look like the cards in the pictures. As a teacher I was very disappointed.

It is subscription and online base uno program. It is represented that you will receive uno Mathematics decks. There are very few problems for each deck in which you would have to print and put together. It is not like traditional with change color or skip cards. It never stated it was a subscription or online program either. It stated that they refund within 3 /7 days depending on what you parts you read. And respond with 24 business hours. I request refund immediately once I realized that it was an online game and I would have to print out decks that didnt offer much. I haven't received anything type of communication from them. Not even the initial receipt. I only realize it was a subscription when it to me to the digital page which doesn't have a log in or any access information so I can't even get back to it once I clicked out of the page. I have since sent several requests for refund and nothing. I had to dispute the charges with my bank and concern that I will still have charge next month because there is no way to cancel the charges through the company's apparently.
