The TV shelf from Unoliving that never was...
I ordered a TV bench/table from Unoliving at the beginning of October. Several weeks later, their delivery carrier (Bring) reported that that one of two parcels from Unoliving was on route for delivery, but it had to be returned to sender since Bring never received the second parcel.
Unoliving customer service apologised and promised to send the two parcels to me again, immediately. This time, I received the delivery which turned out to be only one of the two parcels, and thus only containing 50% of the components needed for assembling the furniture. Unoliving apologised again and promised to send the second parcel to me immediately, and offered 25% discount in compensation. I accepted their apology and welcomed their gesture.
However, in their third attempt to send me my order, the second parcel was incorrectly registered as a "small delivery" in their third attempt to send me my order, and my parcel was returned back to sender - yet again.
It has now taken Unoliving 4months and three attempts to send their delivery to me, and I have yet to receive my furniture. Following the most recent emails from me - politely expressing my frustration with the state of play, the company has simply decided not to respond to me.
As such, I have now decided to cancel my order and I recommend everyone to avoid doing business with Unoliving.
