First time I ordered on line. Usually buy in person. The process was easy, and I appreciated the notifications on my order. Package was timely and had nice presentation.

Uno de 50 didn’t made sure to write my address correctly and be contacted when they noticed a problem was happening

I don’t understand why Uno de 50 didn’t wrote correctly my address where my purchase had to be delivered, when I did write down all the information correctly. Maintaining communication with customers is valuable. I don’t understand why the email of my purchase was sent to junk and didn’t look like a professional receipt of purchase order to make sure the information will be well documented and sent correctly. My package took too long to be delivered it was sent back to Spain and was returned to Miami then Ohio but until I called DHL to see what it was needed to clarify in order for my order to be delivered. I did more of a job than Uno de 50 and DHL to make sure of not losing my order.

Lots of ‘Suerte’ finding this brand 🍀

Absolutely love my Suerte bracelet from Unode50. Beautifully made, comfortable to wear, and full of that understated charm the brand does so well. It feels meaningful without being flashy, and the quality is outstanding. A perfect everyday piece that still gets compliments. Highly recommend.

My daughter visited this store today to…

My daughter visited this store today to look at some jewellery and was treated in a way that made her feel unwelcome and disrespected. The staff’s behaviour left her feeling as though she did not belong there, which is extremely disappointing.
No customer should ever experience this kind of treatment. Professionalism, respect, and inclusivity should be standard in any Canadian business, and unfortunately this location did not demonstrate that.
I hope the management takes this seriously and provides proper training so that other customers do not go through the same experience.

Horrible customer service

Horrible customer service. Needed to exchange a bracelet for a different size. Multiple emails go unanswered, calls go into a full voicemail. $250 down the drain.

I wish I could offer zero stars

I wish I could offer zero stars. Their jewelry is lovely and I’ve worn it for years. If you have any customer service need at all, though you will be completely abandoned. I’ve returned a piece of jewelry received a credit notice, and then the credit never appeared on my card. This isn’t just one time it’s been multiple times and I’ve had to basically file a complaint with my bank to get the credit handled. They literally don’t respond even to the bank. I would not recommend buying anything from them unless you are local to a boutique. Definitely a buyer beware situation.

Customer service

Customer service. Why the hell they have it if it doesnt respond. I wrote a question regarding bracelet repair in November 2025. Still no answer. After numerous messages in FB so called customer service came back asking what is the issue. Wrote back to check previous 3 emails. Got an answer, they cant access it.

Sadly I received a ring for Christmas

Sadly I received a ring for Christmas. Ordered size 8, received size 4. I went to Macy's and a store that they indicate for returns on the website. Both places said they will not take it back. Called NY about 10 x and left messages on every prompt. Send 3 emails to headquarters, no reply. Beware, customer service is non-existent. I love this jewelry, I have several pieces, however they lost a repeat customer.

If i could give lower I would

I ordered size 9 ring. The ring is nice, came quickly, however I order size 9. Received like size 6. I've emailed 2x (no reply) tried calling US # (mailbox full), tried using the website return page, different computers and browsers, but none will access their return site.

Do not order

I purchased a necklace which was very expensive from this brand in July this year. By November the gem, which was the main feature of the necklace had been damaged and fallen out. I reached out to the customer care team who have been anything but helpful. I reached out with all of the information even attached my receipts etc to my concern, every email they asked for the same information I’d already provided so it is clearly an AI chatbot and not even the courtesy of a real human. They said they would replace my necklace free of charge and when I asked how will this be arranged they have completely ignored me. Radio silence for three weeks now. Do not order.
