I have a government assistance cell phone. The phone provided by them was worn out and I would have had to try and but a new one. A family member had a good phone he was no longer using. I was able to transfer my gov. assist. sim to his old phone &thanks to unlocklocks.com I am up and running w/ a like new phone.- Thanks so much. Well worth the small fee.

the thing that made my experience great is that i live somewhere that i dont have any access to any kind of online payment methods and even with that, even when i could not pay for the service i wanted they did it for me for free, and i can't thank you guys enough for doing this

I was trying to unlock my Motorola and they the tracking just updated in 5 mins saying they can't unlock my phone. No reason given or anything.

Update: An rep reached out to me via email and told me they couldn't locate the unlock code. So, giving them 5 stars as they refunded me and told me to try again in 2 weeks :)

I don’t recommend them. Poor service.

I ordered last June 4. They promised to give it at least 1-5 days. Today (June 8) is the 5th day and they did not deliver. I have full evidences in my email about their replies, seems templated too because they only send out generic replies. They haven’t updated me since the last email they sent June 6.

EDIT: They delivered June 10. I think they should update their description to 1-5 BUSINESS days for proper communication. Besides that, they are legit. Thank you very much!

Extremely poor service. Ordered an unlock code on the 22nd May and still to date 26th May we have not received the code. It’s a bog standard Nokia phone that I could take into a o street shop and it would be done within 30 mins, however I decided to go with this company due to the reviews however, I now wonder whether many of these are fake.
Really poor communication from the supplier. I have chased them twice with a poor reply stating they will update me and they never do. They make reference to “contacting their agent to investigate” which gives reason that this is a front company or that they are a third party and therefore have no control over the unlock/service. I have full evidence of the conversation history so I will be exculpating this matter and happy to share my experience with others. Looking at other reviews it seems that their 7 day money back guarantee will be a challenge even though they are in breach of contract. If you want your phone unlocked, if definitely look for another provider.

This people are great and very serious on their business. Two hard cases they couldn’t solved it the money was returned right away.
