This is a fraud / cheating app to befool people and loot money. Even after paying the hefty fees, the unlock code / keys provided to customers don't work. Utter nonsense.

Been 3 weeks they have sent me no code and aren't replying to my emails. I requested for a refund, they have blocked me.

It was exactly what I needed to get the job done. It was easy. I would recommend it for sure.

They did what they said they would. It worked and the instructions were easy to follow.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! SCAMMERS! WARNING!! I ordered unlocks/locks April 9th 2025 to unlock my android. They sent me instructions via email how to unlock my phone. One of the instructions was not on my phone. Went chat several times for help. The chat line never came up. I emailed them for a refund several times. They kept sending me the instructions again. I'm now disputing this with my cc company. DO NOT USETHEM.

For the first three days they faild to give me the code but after I contact them through email they help me ASAP. It was good experience thank you for your good service.

Price was OK. The time and process was straight forward. The means of payment was convenient.

Failed to give me a code at first. But got back to me the moment they could retrieve the code. Shows customer loyalty. Highly approved.

Within 20 minutes I had a network unlock code for my Xfinity device that was already ported but not working. Xfinity spent a week on it and still couldn't provide the correct code. Easily worth the money to unlock with these guys.

This team not trust worthy for their Clients , I already made Complaints and Review , some one mentioned in reply "contact customer care" .

The biggest comedy is customer care is active only while the time of payment , When concern no reply ..

wrote email many time no response . I tried to call in Dubai on their working hours nobody is attending . I Send one person to their office address , this is not existing in this address .
I Just write this for those are entering this website for service .i don't have any bad intention . i already mentioned my complaint in the name of below(RENJI JOHN) with full details .

Very Bad Experience
The below is my Invoice Number :962744986 ,The order Created on 2024/12/27 ,Transaction : 7y92066838161011N . I applied for Unlock My nothing phone 2 But this firm is literally unprofessional i never expected this ,unlock process not done successfully . They communicate they will recheck ( on email - 2/01/25) after i send minimum 6 emails and online messages too for feed back , no Response from them . I Request refund No response . I Tried to call many time nobody attend my calls . I have all evidence to prove . This Company guaranteed Refund if unlock not done . at least follow that clause . very bad experience

Recent Review After bundle of Communication on 13/4/2025 - Continue with my above reviews ..
I received a email in 9 march 2025 with a Transaction ID - 7y9206683816101I and mentioned your $35 refunded and send together two links of Trustpilot and mentioned funds will credit within 48 hours and please remove the reviews. (All communication emails is with me ) as proof
after received this email i wait a week and then constantly communicate this unlock team regarding this amount not reversed yet, no response from them. i coordinate with my bank and PayPal team but later i found this transaction id is not appearing in any system neither bank nor Payal system.

Dear most experience Unlock team, literally feel shame on you, i clearly understood you guys not professional.
i have with all proofs very pathetic Team shame on you people.

My advice to readers my experience is very worst, beware on this type of unprofessional team, Objective only rob us.
my money is lost no problem please take care yours. Best of luck.
i send people on Unlock address but i found this office no longer exist.
