When my phone did not connect I could hear the guy muttering profanities under his breath. People need to realize that just because they can't hear you, it doesn't mean you can't hear them. When I did connect was so negative it made me want to slit my wrists! You would think these people would understand that people that call are often struggling with their mental state. It almost felt like talking to someone from the prosecution. I'll give 2 stars at least for some useful advice, but overall not impressed.
