Run away!!
I strongly advise against University Living.
I booked through them in a student residence.
They forced me to sign a one-year contract knowing that I would only be staying for six months, promising me that they had someone to take over my contract.
When the contract expired, they told me that they didn't have anyone after all, leaving me waiting.
I had to find someone myself, otherwise I would have had to continue paying until the end of my contract.
I recommend joining Facebook groups for finding accommodation or contacting residences directly.

Amazing experience in finding a USA accommodation for my studies
Flying to the USA for my studies on a short notice, I had to get hold of a place to live in a really quick time. I got in touch with Renuka and Manan from University Living and they were incredible in guiding me. They not only helped me to find an accommodation that fit my needs at a reasonable rate, but when I faced an issue related to the property formalities, they went above an beyond to communicate with the property to explain my issue and helped to resolve it much faster than expected. They were readily available whenever I had a doubt, even made themselves available during the night whenever required due to the time difference and reassured me with multiple solutions along the way. I am really grateful to them for helping me and going beyond of what was expected whenever required. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for an accommodation for their education abroad.

My Accommodation booking experience through University Living
First of all I would like to thank University Living in providing support to find Student accommodation in Ireland. Finding accommodation in Ireland was stressful for me especially when my Visa approval decision was late. However, University living made the process much easier for me. What really made my experience great was how quickly they responded and how patiently they answered all my queries. Thanks to Dhairya who sent me options as per my requirement and suggestions that matched my budget, location and preferences.
The team did a fantastic job by communicating and kept me updated at every step, explained things clearly. I also appreciate them for being helpful and honest about the availability and pricing instead of overpromising. There overall service was smooth and reliable in providing support in finding accommodation in Ireland.
I would definitely recommend University Living to anyone looking for student accommodation especially when you are new to the country and don't know where to start.

An honest review of UL
University Living truly helped me find the perfect home in a faraway land that I was going to for the first time. Doing things online was scary, with all the digital age shams going around. However, the team at UL truly helped me a lot. Everyone I have been in touch with was very professional and helpful.
