Highly recommend! Rodney, Tyler, and Jordan were awesome. When you spend a lot of money on something you care about, like your home, it makes you feel great when a crew like them is on the job. The windows went in so fast and they look amazing. The professionalism and the quality of work is beyond what I expected when they said it would only take a day to do my whole house (I think about 17 windows and a sliding glass door). I couldn't be happier with my decision. I will always recommend this company because the whole process has been great, especially the install team.

Rodney, Tyler & Jordan were awesome. They were extremely professional and paid special attention to detail and cleanliness.

Bob and Eric know what they’re doing. This may have been a “simple” install of just one window but they showed up ready to go, and finished in about an hour.

They were friendly, helpful with info regarding care for the window for the first 24 hours, and left the site cleaned up - you wouldn’t know they were even there except that the NEW window doesn’t show condensation from leaking gaskets.

And I could tell from the way Bob and Eric communicated with each other that they are buds - so there isn’t any of that “office” crap going on.

We have more windows in the near future - hopefully Bob and Eric will handle that install as well.

This review gets 5 stars for my installers, not for my experience with universal windows direct. Let me give a little background…I had someone come and was impressed with the quality of the windows and excited about the free upgrade to triple pane windows. I signed up on the spot! Unfortunately I did not receive the upgrade. Customer service was absolutely nonexistent. I was promised one thing but in all the fine print on the contract it was not delivered. Even better (sarcasm is an underrated skill set) no one would even call me back! Despite this problem, Carlos and his team did a marvelous job installing the windows. The installation was the highlight of my experience. They were courteous and professional. It is a shame they are not also in charge of customer service… if they were I am sure that I would be satisfied with my entire experience.

Update: 4/16/24. I did finally receive a response from Uwd. They offered to give me a quote to repurchase the windows I just installed…. So read every last line item if any contract and make sure you get a copy immediately that clearly details what you are getting. At least Natasha had the good grace to apologize for the discrepancy between what I was promised and what I received. Still, caveat emptor!

Caleb did an outstanding job installing my windows. He was very professional and has an excellent work ethic. I highly recommend him if you want the job done right.
Jordan who teamed with Caleb was also an efficient worker. He was polite, got right to work and cleaned up well after completion.

Sales rep Kelsey was great she listened to me about what I was wanting the windows to do, and worked with me on a price I was happy with. Installation day was a very quick and excellent well done job. Eduardo and his crew was great took time to explain how the windows worked and did a nice job all around. Waiting to see how the windows keep the hot west sun out this summer.

That was one of the most nicest man I've met in awhile he showed me all the ways the windows worked and was just a really efficient and quick worker

Caleb provided an excellent product from UWD. He is an asset to the company as he was very professional and cleaned up well when done. Commend him highly for his excellent work!

Eduardo and his crew were efficient, knowledgeable and respectful of our home. Their work was completed within a day and they cleaned up. We really like our new windows being black from the outside. However there are scratches on the inside white frames and minor items that will be addressed.

Rodney, Tyler and Jordan were true professionals they did the job and it looks absolutely fantastic. I would recommend Rodney, Tyler and Jordan for any of my friends.

Overall, I was satisfied with the overall process provided by UWD. My initial experience with the sales person Jake went extremely well. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. We were able to agree on a project scope and cost which met my needs. Although there were some hiccups initially with the billing and after the initial measurements, UWD was able to get those resolved and the project continued.

On the day of the installation, Carlos and his team were able to complete it in a single day. The crew was professional and did a great job. Looking forward to see how these windows perform during the Summer heat.

Caleb was our installer and he was timely, nice and very professional. He come right in and started getting the job done. When he finished the install the windows looked so beautuful i did not want to close the blinds on them.

Workmanship was great. They look amazing. My house is warm. They cleaned up everything which is good for me. My dog thinks he's a biily goat..eats everything.

Outstanding Customer Service and Professionalism from Jordan who installed the windows, to Jim who measured the windows and Kirk who sold us the windows. All around great service.

It was nice to have someone who really enjoys his job of removing/installing new windows. Jordan explained everything of how the day would go and it did. He cleaned up after each window installation and there was no trash left behind.

Rodney Tyler and Jordan were very professional. The windows were in in no time. The area was cleaned and stickers removed from the windows.

Had my estimate done today and I can't wait. Grant made the whole thing painless. He explained everything and showed me all the choices and even got me set up with a payment plan all at the same time. Definitely nice to have someone to laugh with when making a big purchase.

We have had windows put in two different houses. They are very good quality and they have the best warranty. The salesmen are very professional and ver knowledgeable about all the products. Highly recommend this company.

Rodney, Tyler, and Jordan did an amazing job on our install! They arrived in the time frame and got right to work. They were polite and very nice to work around my toddler and senior dog. They managed to get 2 bedroom windows, a huge picture window and a bay window replaced in 4 hours! Rodney even tightened the screws on my front door that were a little loose. The windows look great and we are so excited to no longer be leaking heat!
