I ordered pallets to a residential address which posed some tricky access issues for delivery. I called in advance and Rachel was beyond helpful. The pallets arrived in an appropriate vehicle with a pump truck so I didn't need to worry about manouvering the product myself. The pallets are all in great condition and I am over the moon. Good prompt service and good product but communication was poor. I needed to know when the delivery would be. I emphasised this on ordering and was told I would be notified. When I had heard nothing after a couple of days I phoned again and was assured that the deliverer would be notified and was aware that I needed to know prior to delivery.... Then they just turned up unannounced. Good product, just need better customer communications.

Great company to deal with, pricing is clear. I was using pallets to build a sunlounger (and since, a birdhouse!) And I was sent a really useful and informative email regarding what to look out for etc. Delivery was quick, phones are answered straight away and help given if needed.
