Initially great, but once they’ve been paid forget about aftercare.
Emails ignored, promises broken, call backs don’t happen. Product massively porous and marks / damages easily, with scant advice or help when requested. Installation problems apparent 2 months in, not even worth raising with them. Avoid.
New kitchen, was recommended by my builder about Universal Granite based in Stockport regarding kitchen worktop. From 1st call/quote to fitting 14 days. Looks beautiful. Very happy with service, range and quality of work and communication.

I rang Tuesday 9th June for a quote, very helpful. Fitter arranged to come and template kitchen/utility on Thursday 11th June, came and fitted tops on Wednesday 17th June 2015. At every stage you are kept up to date with customer service phoning.Very,very happy with job, fitters polite and professional at all times, they did extra bits and pieces for me, the actual final price with all the extras was less than quoted!!. Outstanding in this day and age to find a reliable company like this one.
