We were extremely satisfied with the services provided by Unitrans! Communication was excellent, timing was spot on, and the vehicles were modern, clean, and spacious. We were provided with three child seats free of charge, which made traveling with two babies and a small child much easier. Our drivers, Konstantin and Kamen, were fantastic – polite, thoughtful, and very understanding of our situation with young kids and lots of luggage. I highly recommend Unitrans to anyone in need of a reliable transfer service – whether you’re traveling alone or with your family!

A real gem! Their answer is incredibly fast. The cars are excellent and impecable. None of them smell cigarettes (something so common in Bulgaria) They are punctual to the teeth and when my husband realized that he forgot something, the driver was super polite and professional and waited for him for 7 minutes! It is a no brainer! If you need transportation services, call them! The drivers are relaxed and top of the line! I put only one date because the system wouldn't allow me but we used it 3 time!

From start to end, dealing with Unitrans was a perfect experience. They responded immediately by email and whatsapp to my quick query sent late at night, and made a reasonable and detailed offer which I gladly accepted. The driver, Emil, was very polite, considerate, helpful and friendly. He made sure we were comfortable and relaxed and his safe and smooth driving made the journey down the windy and slippery roads a delight, a no small feat with someone like me who normally gets carsick even under the best of conditions. Absolute champions! I called them 2 hours before the trip to reserve a car, they found a car and a driver immediately, booked the whole trip in less than 2 minutes. The car arrived on time. Were traveling from Plovdiv to Sofia, address to address. Asked the driver to stop several times at the Gas stations, he did. The driver drove safely, carefully, professionally. Excellent service, great people at the company! Highly recommend the company! The prices are fair.

Took a transfer from Sofia to Nis and it was perfect! Driver, Bobi, was polite and friendly. The car was clean and very comfortable. Charging cables, water, hand sanitizer and tissues provided. Price was reasonable and in line with other providers. I would recommend Unitrans.bg to everyone!
