Nice product (Schaeffer fountain pen), engraving looks good, and good price.
I didn’t realise it would be delivered from Germany but delivered 6 days after the order so still a good delivery time.

Red Parker refills are really hard to fine.

Ordered 11/7 arrived 28/7.
I ordered from Penshop uk, but it is actually coming from Germany.Posting went via several German depot's where it remained untill the 26th/7, before arriving at Royal Mail depot. I cannot recommend this for UK purchasers.
Pen and engraving perfect, just the process that is unexceptable.

I ordered a pen for a birthday present. The pen did not arrive and I had to chase it up. The company is genuine and when the pen did arrive all was good.
Delivery service is the only thing that let them down.
