Daniel helped with a problem with word. He was incredibly polite and efficient and although it took some time, he fixed it for me so I can get on with my degree work. He is an absolute star.

Don't use this site, they're scammers! I bought a Windows 10 Pro key for £29.00 which is unusable, with Microsoft advising it's not a valid product key. Despite several email swaps, their stance is unchanged, demanding I send a screenshot of the activation error message before they'll progress my complaint. Having waited way too long for an initial response from this lot, I bought a key from another site which activated my copy of W10Pro without any issues. Trying to go through the activation process with the fake key to get a screenshot doesn't work, as Microsoft tells me it's already activated. I'm out of pocket by £29.00 and it turns out that I'm not the only one that's been ripped off. I wish I'd read the reviews before purchasing from these crooks. I got a valid product key from GoodOffer 24 for almost half the price this lot robbed from me! Don't use this site!!

Many Thanks to Unitedksoftware and particularly Daniel Parker who not only sold me a the right product with great ease but also had the time and patience to ensure it downloaded on my old PC. For a person with very limited computer experience this made it so much more easier! Thanks Daniel.

I purchased a Windows 10 License from them just prior to New Year and awaited my download - and waited and waited. I contacted them by phone and email - no resolution only delaying tactics.
Finally on 11/1/2021 I got an email from them - "We would like to inform you that after a system update, we had a problem accessing orders between 30/12/2020 and 02/01/2021. We will send you an email with the details of your order as soon as we have resolved the problem". I am still awaiting my download, I have written another email asking for a refund - I am still awaiting any kind of response!! Learn from my poor experience with this company and don't buy from them!!
I got an Email from Trustpilot on the 20th Jan asking me to send case info to Unitedksoftware - I did this - still no response - what absolute garbage they are!!!! So I am still stuck in limbo with no refund or no software - Great!

My experience was second to none Daniel was amazing spent so much time to sort my problems on my PC and even helped me with other bits . An excellent service will use again.

I ordered some software from the company with some reservation as I had not heard of them before. After the purchase the software was not available to download immediately but after some consultations with the company I downloaded and installed successfully. Further hiccups were of my own making but were resolved quickly and successfully.

Don't be fooled by the uk web address. They operate from Spain, took my money through AmazonPay to make it look good and then sent a load of rubbish that would never work on a computer. One code they sent had letters that are never used by Microsoft. Their idea of customer service is to send you a sheet of instructions that don't work. Also be aware they don't work at the weekend. I've asked for my money back and have got nothing.

Initially I had trouble trying to get the company to accept that I had purchased a Windows 10 Pro license from them. After a number of online chats that ended with them asking me to prove I had made a purchase (even though I had given them my order number and details), plus a bad review on this site, I finally received the license key from them.

So much time wasted for something that should have been quick and easy.

As an older person, I was hesitant about updating Word via download and whether the program could be transferred to a new PC at a later date. Unitedksoftare staff were able to reassure me. Again, when I was unsure about the installation process after download, Daniel Parker forwarded very clear directions. I thank him sincerely for his speedy attention and courtesy.

If I could’ve given a zero rating I would’ve. Ordered some Windows software for an old desktop, over 2 weeks ago via my mobile. Didn’t follow the link immediately as wanted to download on the pc not my phone. Thought I’d wait for the link via the ‘email’ that is explained would arrive as noted on the website. No email ever received. Two emails sent to the ‘support’ email with copy of amazon pay confirmation. No response. Been on the support ‘chat’ where they ask for the order ref. Guess what, no email therefore no order ref. 3 times now I’ve asked for an order ref (I’ve been told, yes found your email) and still not given order ref when I’ve asked for it and been told different excuses including ‘we’ve been cyber attacked’, ‘I’ve past email to finance to confirm payment has been made’ etc etc. When difficult questions asked the ‘chat’ just goes silent
Shocking customer experience and I do not recommend using this website. You might pay more with amazon but at least you get what you pay for.

Danny boy helped me through my rough patch and told me to leave him a good review so here i am, everything was smooth af no complaints.

I now know it is important to carefully follow every stage of the guide attached to the email that gives the key for the download. The staff are very helpful and patient in sorting out any problems. Full marks all round!

The prices at UnitedKSoftware are considerably better than any where else I have come across. I have purchased a variety of different pieces of software and on the rare occasion I have had an issue and had to contact them, their customer service has been brilliant. I could not fault them. 100% would recommend and will be using again. Thank you in particular to Daniel.

Absolutely outstanding service and products from this company. I had a laptop stuck in a update death loop. After a quick online chat I was well under way to making a USB boot key and fixing my issue. I had win7 installed but no key or cd so I upgraded to Win7 Pro. It installed like a dream following the download link I was provided. Customer services were there to answer any questions I had quickly and exactly. It’s been a very long time since I had to do anything like this and their knowledge and patience were outstanding. I was invited to activate my installation of win7 pro which I did with no problems whatsoever. Do not hesitate to buy from here absolutely 100% legitimate software and product keys 100% verified and working. Thanks very much for all your help.

Had a problem downloading & opening but Daniel sorted it in an e mail

After having purchased my Office product I ran into a problem where I could not get it to communicate with my printer. The frustration was immense until I called Daniel at Unitedksoftware who gave me continuous support remotely which eventually highlighted the problem, not with the software but actually with a corrupted computer system itself. Daniel highlighted this and after running a PC Repair tool, my computer was fixed and my office programme communicated with my printer. Thank you Daniel, your service was truly very helpful. Chris

I initially purchased the wrong software but that was not a problem for Unitedksoftware, they sent me a voucher which I used against the purchase of the correct software! I did have difficulty initially installing it but that was due to me not the software! Daniel was very helpful each time I contacted him and software now up and running brilliantly. I highly recommend this company and their after service is great
