Best company these people give it 110% and god bless to Rio

We needed to replace a couple of keypads at the Community center. We were informed that we need to upgrade the entire system. They gave a quote and we had them come in. They installed the wrong panel twice and had to come back over 6 times to get the system partially working.. We are about 95% complete and they are now ignoring us.

United alarm is the best security company in Calgary the price is a spectacular and truly reasonable their service politeness they really go to the next step and beyond

The tech was really experienced and I felt comfortable with him doing our security. The company had a good package for us and bonus they're local.

We used United Alarm 7 years ago , we sold the home and in our new home signed up with Telus
Our contract came up and left Telus to deal with Dave and Gerald again . So much better deaking with local company

I asked them to come disarm the alarm in a house I’d recently purchased, they said they’d charge me 100 bucks!!!!
It took me 10 min to figure out to shut down the whole system.

Very bad experience with United Alarms. This is a bad company, the tech who came to install a doorbell camera clearly did not know what he was doing. After two and a half hours of failing to be able to sync the camera to my device he told me that there product was no good and I should buy a different one some where else. He took the doorbell out leaving two screw holes in my siding and left. Two days later they charged my credit card for a service call. I called to speak to a manager and got the run around for a week, in that time I was lied to several times and it was clear that there objective was to frustrate me so I would leave them alone. There was a complete lack of professionalism!!!! I finally got through to a manager after a week of insanity and that experience was even worse, no sense of customer service.
There has been a ownership change in this company so don't let the years in business fool you. This company is TERRIBLE!!!!!! You should also look at the Better Business reviews on this company, you well get a better sense of how they treat there customers.
Do not use this company, you will regret it!!!

Our app wasn’t working we had to wait for it to get fixed, started working about 3 days after we got the installation.

Our installer was great, but we were disappointed that we could not get our skybell doorbell camera installed cause our doorbell was not compatible, wish we had known prior to install day. Perhaps we could have mad arrangements to have it rectified, but were not offered any solution.

Very timely appointment....technician helpful.

Battery running low all the time and it beeps.

Darrell our installer did a great job. We had some problems understanding the price quote and agreeing it to the final invoice.
One comment about the installation of the Skybell doorbell camera is that we need the slim wedge to properly angle the camera and United doesn’t carry it so we have order it online. We believe they should carry this product if they are installing the camera. No stores in Calgary appear to carry it so we have order it online.

From my call into United for a system quote to the amazing installation service and demo I couldn’t be happier with my new alarm system.

I was impressed with how quickly they came to install it, although it took a second call to get them to get back to me. I also was not given all the info I needed to fill out for the CPS, and had to phone the office to figure that out. Otherwise, I would have given 5 stars.

Not happy with service and Manager does not know.how retain the customers who are want to discontinue with ADT.if United Alarm want me come back with them.Then contact 4034639220.

Prompt, good at handling our special request regarding a rush installation. Overall, very good personal service. System is easy and very user friendly. Initial cost of equipment and monthly monitoring fee are both very affordable, versus other quotes and the cost of our old system.
