The purchasing experience was easy
The purchasing experience was easy, my 13 yr old done all the work.
When the product we purchased seem to get damaged super easy the refund/claim was easy and quick. It helped the fact that the claim was approved. I gave an honest account and I was given a honest response, which was fair.

False advertising
False advertising. No Superliga logos on the ball. This has made me question the legitimacy of the company. I contacted them about this problem and kept giving me an automated message about the fact they don’t do exchanges, when I just wanted to know why the ball didnt have any logos, the valve is in the wrong place, and if it was even real. It didn’t match the pictures at all. Eventually, someone named Sarah told me to return it, completely ignoring my questions, but told me to put “Sarah” in the comments and that something small will be included to say sorry.
So, I did, and I ordered the same ball again (€150) as I felt it may have been a mistake and that they wouldn’t actually just falsely advertise, maybe there was another version, maybe there was a mixup? I also sent an email asking the same thing and to make Sarah aware.
Anyways, order arrived, ball was the same, nothing else included. Company is a complete scam. They dont even offer normal return options. Just brush their hands off with you and not their problem, got their money and now it’s your problem, and they know they make it so difficult you would rather keep it.
Absolute shambles, run by money hungry greed with the most despicable customer service I have ever come across. I am in a good mind to see what the law has to say about this behaviour. Make sure you do your research about this company. Their little YouTube channel is a good front for their dodgy business practices.

Unhelpful customer service
They wouldn't let me cancel an order because it had been "over 24 hours". When I responded back letting them know it was a holiday weekend, and if they had given me the correct order #, I could have used the chat, they of course did not respond. Now I need to go through the hassle of a return and I'm out $10 to ship it back. I won't be shopping here again.
