a terrible experience

a terrible experience! i got a parcel which i couldn't pick up in time, because i was out of country and the parcel waited only 3 days! on 4th day i contacted them and they told me that the parcel has been marked to be sent back, quote: "3 hours ago", which means they had my parcel at the warehouse, but they were too busy to just call the warehouse and ask them to put the parcel aside.

don't work with this delivery service, pick something else, this is rotten garbage!
