Ok registrar, but they have just been bought out by GoDaddy, whom I've been trying to avoid. Their UI for DNS records doesn't support CAA records, which is a deal breaker for me. Despite this, cust... See more

Great support
Great support. Prompt response. My confidence in Uniregistry has improved post this
Very Unprofessional. Complete Waste of Time!
Why take someone's money if you're not sure the domain is available?
After waiting two days, I learned that seleer no longer owned the domain. Waste of time. What's the point? Ask your sellers before charging clients. I don't have unlimited amounts to purchase domains and now waiting for your refund. Very unprofessional! I'll never trust buying a domain name from you again. NO LIVE CHAT, NO ONE ANSWERING THE PHONE...
they resolved the issue very fast.

Great products and even greater individual support!!
Have always liked the look and feel of Uniregistry. I contacted them via E-Mail for the first time and was really happy about the useful answers and the time the account manager took for them.
Nicely done
I am not too exited about them being bought out by GoDaddy but Uniregistry support has been very good to help resolve several of our problems.
Service Good But Support Bad
Service Good But Support Bad, personally I like Uniregistry but they don't have any chat support and their support ticket replay takes a huge time getting answer.

I had some particular issues with the expiry time including extra charges very close to the 30 day period but further polite communications with Daniel were handled in a professional manor and everything was resolved with excellent customer service!
Overall at this time, things in general with Uniregistry are all good, hopefully in the long-term with some possible changes with the Go Daddy situation, all will remain positive too as things move forward... :)
All the best,
David
So I have been with this company for a…
So I have been with this company for a long time and generally, they have been good, but lately, they asked me to give them feedback so here I am. I have had trouble taking a domain in from another registrar, normally this is straightforward but not this time. Both external company and Uniregistry stating they have done what is required and still no transfer.
This has been ongoing for over a week, 3 support requests and various phone calls and no response really poor form.
I am now looking for a new registrar as this has cost me business and Uniregistry didn't seem to care.
Before they got popular I would frequently have courtesy messages asking if I needed anything now I can't even get basic support.
My message is to remember where you come from and why people were on your journey.
After looking in more depth it looks like you have to pay for support, so please be aware if you don't have the funds for the support you need to consider if this is the right registrar. Its got me seriously questioning where to go next. Worried.....
