The customer service is great, delivery is fast, condition of product is excellent.

The customer service is great, they replied all my questions quickly. Every minor defualts and stains on the bag were described well ahead. International shipping was very fast, all the questions with customs were resolved. From the moment I had first exchange by email, I felt like I could totally trust them and they are a reliable online shop, though they are in a different part of the world and so far away from me. Thank you, it was a pleasure! I have bought a bag that I love so much!
