The website and offerings are great, the order was delivered promptly and the process was smooth.
I have used Uniquely Local before and the recipients had a lovely day with their gift experience. It is truly a fabulous idea!
What is slightly disappointing is the electronic gift vouchers. This time I tried the email option and luckily had the voucher emailed to me, to print and send on. The voucher is very superficial and contains barely any information on what the actual gift is, save for a single line. There is not even any direct link to find out more. Considering the value of the vouchers, I feel recipients may be rather bemused and underwhelmed - not really understanding what exactly it is they have been gifted. I feel the voucher should be accompanied by more information and details, possibly images and maybe more location info to whet the appetite.

Had a really good day making a walking stick with Roger in a very friendly atmosphere. Sue made a delicious lunch. A really great way to get away from the daily grind.

Although I had a little trouble with ordering on the website, Rachel sorted this out for me quickly and efficiently, with the vouchers I ordered arriving speedily.
There's such a variety of options for spending the vouchers, the recipients will be spoiled for choice and I know that they will be delighted with their Yorkshire specific gift!
I would definitely recommend this company.

Came across this site purely by accident whilst searching for a different type of Christmas gift for family. The site was easy to navigate and I quickly found the ideal gift. I paid the extra for the gift box rather than just print off an email to put in a card and it arrived within a few days. Obviously, the actual experience will be down to the family to book in the future and if all goes well I will definitely use Uniquely Local again.
