Customer Service great, Website not so.
The website was not working but once we spoke on the phone the customer service was great and the voucher has arrived, nicely packaged. Unable to comment further as the experience itself will not be used until 2021.

Wonderful craft kit
Wonderful craft kit! Well presented packaging and my daughter and I thoroughly enjoyed making the bath bomb. Instructions were easy to follow and I wish you could have see the delight in her face when she ran it under the bath tap.
