I would like to prevent other buyers from getting that thought. I ordered a pair of Adidas sneakers at the end of November. I got a nice order confirmation - and money was quickly withdrawn from my account. However, after that I have not heard a sound about my order. I have sent several emails and several questions on the chat, but there is no answer - and I have not seen the shadow of my ordered order. An unfortunate experience in the run-up to Christmas, when you want to please your family with a good present... instead, I have so far gotten a long nose and lost DKK 1,400.
It's not good enough - but I'm still naive and have faith that there are some good people who will of course ensure that my order reaches me before Christmas.

I tried contacting them, because the letters from my essentials hoodie come off but they don’t respond back. Very bad customer support! I definitely don’t recommend it. My order nummer is #4024 and I have contacted you with e mail, with the site and a second e mail. You DONT respond back to me. I’m taking legal actions!
