Suppliers Beware!
After a staff member placed an order, it was found that the goods order was placed in error. No problem, we agreed to accept the return of goods.
Unfortunately this company promised to return the goods in December and then hung on to them for four months, refusing to return or pay for them. We were then accused of fraudulent actions. It seems the staff member has tried to deny ordering but we had evidence to prove otherwise. All accusations were proved to be incorrect but they stubbornly tried to attack from every angle of the point of sale, to which we provided evidence to the contrary each time.
Eventually - Four months later, and after we had exhausted our chase process and started money claim action, they then returned the goods.
This company is very unprofessional and vexatious in dealings. Absolutely unnecessary behavior and an absolute waste of everyone's time. Very unreasonable attitude all the way through and had the cheek to threaten us with legal action.
