Terrible company terrible customer service terrible merchandise and horrendous security. DISCRIMINATION

Just wanted to make a quick psa that this company openly discriminates against disabled people and literally doesn’t care. So I’ll gladly take my money to another store. Ask Mr lpo guy how it feels to be banned from a store? Yeah that’s right it’s me from urban fare last December 5, 2024 in Vancouver. You tried to refuse me service for no reason and even falsely claimed that I stole stuff when I had done no such thing. Well you know what Uniqlo I don’t want no stinking apology instead I’m going to leave this very honest message for people to see and they can choose not to shop in your stores. The ship for apologies or banning him from Uniqlo is long gone so I’m going to drive customers away from your stores. That will hurt you more in the long run even if it’s 1 a month that’s money you will never see. And that makes me happy.

BIG RIP OFF STORE - Purchased 2 items that were marked on…

Purchased 2 items that were marked on sale. Afterwards, noticed I was charged full price for both. Reached out to them about the problem and they out right lied! Said the items only went on sale today, which was not true. It was my first and LAST TIME shopping in this rip off store. Shame on them!

I love Uniqlo clothes but their…

I love Uniqlo clothes but their customer service is horrible. My first bad experience was with a coupon. I received a coupon on my cellphone and somehow it got deleted. I asked for a re-issue of the same coupon but they refused.
My second bad experience is very recent. I bought clothes from Uniqlo 15 days ago and saw the same clothes went on sale. I asked for the price adjustment but they refused because it's their policy. Then, I asked for a refund but they refused again because the price tag was missing. What kind of company refuses a price adjustment bought from their store only 15 days ago? They need to fix it ASAP.

No shame, robart customer service, no respond on refund.

No shame. It is June 11, still no refund.

It takes forever to get the refund!!! The package was returned to warehouse on Apr 25. And now I am still waiting for my refund!!! Here is their email reply

."Thank you for contacting Uniqlo with your refund inquiry. We hope that this email finds you safe and well.
We understand your frustration as you wait for a resolution for the following inquiry to be resolved. Being that your refund has to be handled by a separate department, it will take longer than usual. We want to assure you that this matter will be resolved soon and an automated email will be sent to you confirming that the refund has been processed.
Again we apologise for the delays and we hope that this feedback has been helpful.
Please do not hesitate to contact Uniqlo again if you have any additional questions or concerns."

NO THEY DON'T UNDERSTAND!!!! I WANT MY REFUND!!! I sent uniqlo several emails from May till June 10. Their answer just sooooo not helpful !!!! How dare you asking for customer understanding??? Initially they are saying return takes about 28 days. Excuse me??? 28 days to do refund??? now it is over a month, still no sign of the refund.

return takes forever

The quality is not very consistent. The worst part is the online return. It takes forever to return. Item arrived in Uniqlo warehouse end of April. After a month, still not seeing the return is completed. Send several emails, never got a solution!!! There is NOOO customer service at all!!! Avoid online returns at all times!!! Please do your shopping after the store is open.
