Awful service!
Awful service brought the full package for my number plates which included a free interior spray anyway they stated I needed a v5c document for proof however you won’t have one if you just brought a private reg so I asked if there is any alternatives however, they stated no so I kept waiting and eventually they say just proof of ownership of the Reg is enough even though I sent this to them at the start they then stated they had a few problems which is fair enough. They sent the plate out and they’re good plates, no problem with the quality. However once I receive the plates I realised that I never received the interior spray so I messaged them of which they stated they would send out Monday morning no problem so I keep waiting even though I see a video promoting my plates on their website stating this customer will receive an interior Car spray even though I hadn’t actually received it anyway, I waited a week for the spray so I then messaged them saying I guess you forgot it of which he said to me they can send out this Monday coming which they’ll probably forget yet again products are great if you receive them it’s the service that is a big problem!
