A few years ago, I provided a service to a student and requested payment through the platform, in full compliance with its guidelines.
Instead of processing my payment, the platform accused me of plagiarism and of requesting money outside the system, banned my account, and never compensated me.
When I requested evidence to support these claims, they were unable to provide any.
Recently, I was contacted by someone presenting himself as the “director” of Uniprof, who expressed interest in collaborating with me. After sending me a non-functional Microsoft Teams link, he abruptly informed me that he would not proceed with the collaboration. This behavior struck me as unprofessional and difficult to understand.
My experience with UniProf has been exceptional, and I can't recommend them enough! The combination of online and face-to-face lessons has made my learning journey both flexible and engaging. The website works seamlessly, allowing me to access course materials easily.
What truly stands out is the supportive teaching approach. I appreciated the open communication; I could ask whatever I wanted during lessons, and the teacher was always willing to provide detailed answers. The responsiveness to my queries, both during and outside of class, made me feel valued and supported.
Overall, UniProf excels in creating a positive learning environment, and their commitment to student success truly sets them apart.

Avoid.
Got an email saying that wanted a tutor for a student and arranged an interview by Skype. Wasted a full day waiting on call and then they wouldn’t answer it.
Very rude and unprofessional company, avoid, avoid, avoid, avoid.
Taken over 3 months to react .:(
A reliable platform and a team always at your service for any inquiries. Additionally, the company's founder is a professional and is always available for any questions.
