False information provided upon setting up the insurance.
I set up health care insurance as required by law in Slovakia after arrival from Canada as a Canadian citizen.
After 5 months I needed to travel back to Canada but I was not able to cancel insurance unless I buy 6 months of travel insurance.
Customer service is rude and provide false information when setting up insurance.

Ďalšími možnosťami, ako ukončiť zdravotné poistenie na Slovensku, by pre vás bolo začať v Kanade pracovať alebo si tam vytvoriť štatút trvalého pobytu, o čom sme vás informovali. Better insurrance customization demand
I would like to have insurance for damage I could cause but I don't want to insurance my luggage but I was forced to insurance my luggage because e-form would not let me otherwise.... when insuring abroad (Austria) I could select with checkboxes all parts indivually but not on SK "insurance Komplet"

I wanted to buy one year travel…
I wanted to buy one year travel insurance, i filled all necessary personal data, but the payment didn't work. There was some problem with web communication. Later I tried to buy short-term travel insurance, luckily this option works.

Regarding to benefits for teehts, the controller do not accept invoice from the doctor and requests additional information. But these requests are not in the condition in terms of claim

In 2010 they were not able to listen my travel problém and they didn't want to solve the problem. I didn't get any coin from them. Fortunately, the air company solved the problem instead of Union. Shame on you Union!
