Beautifully crafted trainers. I bought the Series 1 triple taupe in suede the other day. The materials and leather seem good quality, and they look great on my feet. It's important to check the size guide carefully on the website as they do indeed come up slightly small. That being said the size guide seemed accurate enough when followed for a UK size 8. I definitely wouldn't have been a size 9, but hope they will break in more and the leather will stretch a little. Out the box they aren't very comfy, unlike my Grenson Sneaker 1 in the same size, which just fit my particular foot like a glove. I only mention the Grenson as they are a similar style minimalist trainer, although the Grenson's were about a third more expensive. The only other slight negative to mention is that the colour didn't quite match that of the website. They seemed to have a slightly lighter tone suede out the box, both under room lights and natural light outdoors... I'm a photographer, so know how tricky some neutral colours are to match. Next time it may be worth asking the marketing team to check colour profiles from the camera and computer so they match, and just being very particular with the photographer insisting they use a colour chart for their workflow. Overall, really nice shoes, and was really pleased with the cloth bag that came with it, as well as some personal marketing touches with notes inside the box. I will update the review regarding their comfort when I've broken them in.
UPDATE. I've now worn the trainers in by wearing them a little each day for a week. I thought it would take much longer, but now they don't rub or pinch and the leather has already stretched a little. On a side note, I had a lovely email from Uniform Standard explaining to my why the tone of suede was slightly different, as well as providing some sample photos. It's all down to the unique leather hide, so I guess everyone has a unique pair of their own and it's more a sign of quality with these minor inconsistencies rather than mass produced trainers. On a final note (purely as a personal preference) the silhouette of these trainers look best with slim or tapered jeans/trousers with a half or quarter break. They look amazing on the internet models with slim trousers without any break (great summer look), but I just couldn't get that to work for me. I think it's because the sole is more a 'British' slightly chunkier style than say an Italian low profile one... so all depends on your own subjective preference.
Have upped the rating and are definitely competitive at their price point. These are well worth considering if you are looking for a high end, minimalist leather trainer.

Premium from top to bottom. The suede is extremely soft and high quality. There is a subtle sophistication about these sneakers. Everything from the material to the stitching is premium quality. I cannot recommend enough. Very nice pair of sneakers. The shoes, packaging and service is all first class.

I'm really impressed with my shoes. I have purchased two pairs and am very happy. Great quality and craftsmanship. Customer service is also top-notch.

Now have three pairs and love them all. Quality, design and quite branding . The t-shirt was a surprise bonus - super fit and fabric. Very happy with everything they make.

Best sneakers on the market! The look, feel, and quality are exactly what I wanted when I researched sneakers years ago. I’ve since accumulated over a dozen pairs of their different styles. I get compliments every time I wear them whether I dress them up or down. I will continue to buy more styles and colors with each release. I highly recommend.

I love my new trainers from Uniform Standard. I got series 1, black suede. Love the look, and the fit. Also, the customer service from the company was excellent. I initially ordered a size UK9, which were too tight. But they quickly arranged for a return and getting the next size up sent to me. The return was smooth and easy, and people at Uniform Standard are a pleasure to deal with. They made everything easy. I'll be buying more shoes from them in the future.

Was excited to find a brand with classic and offordable sneakers. Bougt the Series 1 Triple White Leather. There was a lot of warnings on their site about the fitting being a bit small, I am a EU45, measured my feet like asked multiple times, and their size guide and recommendation gave me a EU46. The shoes arrived and they were huge, nobody likes boat feet! Compared to my Yatay (true to size and great fit with 1cm to spare) the Uniform Standard recommendation for my feet measurements are 2-3cm longer with 2cm extra space inside!

Spent 1h chatting with support to ask why the size recommendation was way off, measuring multiple of my other sneakers to come up with EU45 "should" be fine. Not the confidence I would hope, especially when shipping and return (2x the price of shipping by the way....) are not free!!

Got a refund and the whole experience costed me €69.75! Almost half the price of the sneakers!! That's a very expensive disappointment!!!

So happy to have come across Uniform Standard! Timeless designs, yet so on-trend, the highest quality materials, yet not a designer price-tag, unbelievable comfort - this is a winner! My choice was Series 8 all white.

I had uncertainties in the size that I should purchase and purchasing a pair that is usually higher than what i had paid before for my previous sneakers, made me more wary before confirming on the purchase.

Georgina was very prompt and helpful via email. The conversation with her gave me better confidence in my purchase and I went on to buy a Series 1 in white leather. I love their sneakers and been wearing them with various looks. Little effort is required to break in to the sneakers too.

I wish all the best to Uniform Standard and I hope they continue to produce quality sneakers and maintain this great customer service.

Firstly, customer service is excellent. Georgina has always been very quick to respond and help with sizing advice and also extra laces.
I bought the Series 8 trainers which have a slightly chunkier heel.
The trainers look to be very well made with no complaints on construction and compared to similar brands I think they are fairly priced. They were well packaged and came in a nice box which doubles as storage. They needed a few weeks to break in, especially around the heel area. Although I the rubber sole is still a little on the stiff side. Possibly due to its thickness.
I will definitely buy again, probably ghost suede series 1 which is a bit sleeker.

I recently purchased the white leather series 6 sneakers and have to say, they are a work of art!
They are literally perfect, the build quality is 10/10, size fit is spot on and the design is premium. I love them so much I am scared to wear them for the first time.
I also love how they are packaged so carefully as well, its a nice experience opening them.
Highly recommend these trainers/sneakers and Uniform Standard as a company, you will not be disappointed!
