Really helpful and supportive tutors at great prices! So happy I chose UniFirst and they boosted my grades and understanding a lot! Would recommend for sure!

I have been using UniFirst for tutoring lessons over the past year regarding university tuition for dentistry - including anatomy and running through practicals. I found my tutor extremely helpful and attentive to my queries. In the lesson I felt that the tutor placed a particular focus on areas I did not understand or needed extra help with. The pricing of the lessons is justified considering the high standard in which lessons are delivered and the 1:1 aspect.

Been looking for a service like this for ages!! There are some modules in my course which I just can’t get my head around even after discussing with friends. I go to UCL so the average in my class is super high, I wanted more competitive scores so that I could get a 2.1 or higher overall. So I thought I may as well try get a tutor for this course, albeit I was quite picky with who I wanted. UniFirst were patient and spent the time selecting the most suited tutor for me for the exact modules I needed help with rather than just for the course generally. I ended up achieving a first in those specific modules at the end of my degree which enabled me to score just higher that a first for my overall degree. Seeing that result on paper was amazing and I couldn’t have done it without UniFirst, I’d recommend them to anyone in a similar position or if you’re wanting a first.

I came across Unifirst when it was in its fledging days and I am so happy to see it grow into the company it is today. It really was a huge part of my success at university, taking me from the depths of an academic slump to pushing me to start enjoying and excelling in my course again!!

No one really prepares or tells us about the huge jump from a levels to university. The content is a lot harder and the learning is a lot more self-directed. I studied physics which is quite content heavy and fell very behind very quickly. If you have fallen behind on work, it’s nothing to be ashamed of and I definitely recommend you at least give UniFirst a go!! Especially as the first intro session is free. I was a bit unsure at first as well as I had not really had tuition before and was unsure about the quality, but I can ensure you that you will not regret it! I am really glad that I gave it a go and have been using it for a year now. If you are reading this, I wish you the best of luck in your degree :)!

Having always been top of my class at school, I fell into a downward spiral in first year of university and was going to intermit as there felt like there was no way to catch up. That's when my coursemate told me about Unifirst tuition. It was so refreshing to talk to a tutor who had done my course at my uni, and who knew the answers to all the questions I had no one else to ask. `
Thanks to my tutor, I was able to get back on track with my degree and feel much more secure going into third year, and will be continuing to use their services throughout!!

I found the transition to university level economics difficult especially when studying the advanced statistics and advanced mathematics modules.
Rather than book lessons consistently I booked 10 lessons before exam season to ensure I had help in all the mandatory year 1 modules. I was able to secure a first in every exam and having a tutor who I could relate to having done my course and exams was really useful. I believe they offer a free first lesson so definitely worth signing up and they gave me a discount for booking in advance so the price made it really worth it!

I was really struggling with engineering 2nd year, especially the Maths. UniFirst was super helpful, they found a tutor from my course who got a 1st. The module was quite mathematical but the tutor had experience in tutoring, explained the concepts really well and gave good exam guidance. The paper ended up being one of my best papers! Really happy with my experience and could not recommend enough.

Getting lessons with UniFirst tutors was one of the best things I’ve done since they have done the same course as me in the same uni that I’m doing so they have the same experience and they can guide me in a better way.

Had a great session with a medical student I believe their medical sessions are useful as I covered a variety of UT conditions in a short time

I think UniFirst has come time at a great time for students, a lot including myself found it difficult to move forward with learning when stuck without extra help from lecturers. Rather than constantly asking for help through email I thought I would invest in weekly lessons so that I can run through anything I didn't understand and also receive exam practice during these sessions. In this way I was far more prepared for my year 1 core engineering exams. I do know a few students using Unifirst currently, it is a great platform for students.
