Great service and packaging, but website feels a bit dated
Order was received in good time and decent packaging. Prices are generally fine, but some things are more expensive than other places.
My only issue is the website seems a bit dated, and searching for products can be a bit clunky, as the UI could be improved to better this experience.
Overall, I have bought from this site and seller for many years and they have always been a reliable source to buy from.

Poor choice of courier
Ordered my cards, 24hour tracked postal service (1-3 working days) and my order hasn’t been delivered. In all fairness, Unicorn Card is not to blame but the postal service they use.
They refuse to deliver my order despite giving them an option to leave with a neighbour (there are 4 doors within 10 meters they could leave it with). And it’s been over a week since the order was placed and dispatched.
Edit: Unicorn Cards have gone above and beyond so despite the poor courier service delaying my order I will change my rating to reflect the customer service.
