Phil did a satisfying job.

It has been a really delightful…

It has been a really delightful experience with Unicom. Very easy on tenants, smooth from the beginning to the end, very good deposit system. I especially wanna mention the staff Alex, he has been so helpful and professional through my tenancy. He’s always there when I need help and can always solve the problem, he’s capable of everything! Actually couldn’t thank more! Definitely recommend and you’d be very lucky to have Alex assist you through your stay with Unicom.

When professionalism meets great…

When professionalism meets great service it equals superb customer satisfaction. Unicom is a brand to recon with for all your property needs, the promptness in response to my needs although my stay at the property was fantastic,The staffs are respectful and prompt ,above all property well taken care off.thumbs up guys and keep up the good work.

One of the worst experiences of my life…

One of the worst experiences of my life was renting a room from this agency. They seemed nice at first, but the room I got was absolutely terrible. I had really bad neighbours, the floor upstairs was noisy, and I could never get a proper night’s sleep. The area itself was awful, and the room doors were constantly being slammed shut loudly. I was told that 5 people were living in 5 rooms, but there were actually 9 people, and the bills were outrageously high due to excessive usage. No matter how much I complained, they completely ignored me. This room isn’t worth even £1. I strongly advise everyone to stay away from this place — Grafton Street, 95.

A pipe in the wall probably broke

A pipe in the wall probably broke, since there was no running water in my apartment, but water was dripping on the ceiling of the shop below me. I reported this on Monday at 1 pm, but at 12 pm on Tuesday there was still no change, I have been without water for the 2nd day now, so the shop below me wouldn't get wet.

Unfortunately, I have been renting my apartment from them for 9 years, and I have experienced their lack of concern on several occasions. I am thinking here, for example, of my bedroom window, which they have been promising to replace for about 5 years because when it rains (which is quite common), it gets wet. This has not happened to this day.
And this is only 1 thing, there is something else that they should fix, but unfortunately they don't deal with it :( (e.g.: broken window, fixing the lighting on the stairs)
