They were so accommodating! I was struggling with finding a place and wasn’t certain about where I wanted to live for the year but they recommended places and guided me throughout the process according to what I wanted. Kaushik and Raghavi were a tremendous help!

While looking for student accommodation, I stumbled on this website and somehow entered my details thinking I was booking on the official website. Every day after that I was called and emailed to put down a deposit for a building which I had not seen yet or even booked. After a few days I put down a £50 holding fee. I was told this was refundable, fully refundable. I asked multiple times and was told it was fully refundable.
On the same day I realised uniacco was not the official website for the student accommodation I was looking at and they were only a middle man and so I decided to message and cancel. After sending the payment they become much less responsive then they first were. Taking almost days to reply.
The first time I asked for the refund they said they would send it on the 2nd of January as their team was on holiday. This seems to be a trend when customers ask for a refund.
After waiting until the 2nd the refund did not arrive so I messaged again and informed them and they said they didn't know what it was was talking about and they didn't know I even sent a payment. This leads me to believe that they initially lied to me about the refund or that are grossly mismanaged. Either one is not good.
After this, I was tired of waiting and these agents lying to me constantly, I contacted my bank and the bank requested an ARN. I contacted uniacco again for this information and they couldn't provide it.
I was going to start the chargeback process when they sent me a receipt to confirm they had started the refund.
This simple process was incredibly stressful and I do not recommend using uniacco at all. The ghosting, lies and deception are all part of the reason why this service should not be used. Thats what makes this a simple 0/5.

Literally the worst experience i had…
Literally the worst experience i had with UNIACC, if you guys really value your time & money- dont go ahead with these agents, they are the worst- even their managers dont care at all. Ive paid the booking form fees and later my booking was cancelled, and i still havent got the refund even after being promised within 10 days, its being 20 days now.
The ones asking me what exactly happened, heres the story:-
Very disappointing experience with UNIACCO. The agents were responsive only before payment. I paid AUD 200 as a booking fee after being told the room was confirmed and that I’d receive the contract within 3 days. After payment, communication dropped completely.
After 5 days, the manager Neha informed me the booking was cancelled and asked me to contact the original agent, who then became unresponsive and gave excuses instead of providing support or redirecting me to another agent.
I even reached out to their sales team via LinkedIn (Ayush Mangwani) and received no response. I was later told I’d get a refund, but it’s been 20+ days and I still haven’t received it despite daily follow-ups.
Poor communication, no accountability. I strongly recommend using other accommodation agents and avoiding UNIACCO.

Extremely unprofessional
Extremely unprofessional. A scam of a service company and it’s to a ridiculous extent.
An agent I was put through to was asking for my password! Repetitively! Even when I explained so many times that it is a breech of security. I ended up asking for my refund back so I could just give it straight to the accommodation myself, which in fact was quicker and simpler so I should’ve gone through the process straight through with the accommodation in the first place.
This agent told me I’d receive my refund in 1 week, it has now been 3 and I’m getting ridiculous replies with constant excuses of “sorry for the late reply I was on leave” “so sorry I was on leave yesterday” “I was a bit occupied with work I have missed the message” “I was not available as it was weeks off”. All of which was clearly a lie.
On top of that, I sent a formal complaint email to the company itself which I was given a reply within under an hour which was clearly an automated reply exposing they’re “sorry for inconvenience” (not referring to any of my complaint) and that matters will be “investigated” which also hasn’t happened. I will have to take this matter outside of the company to my bank as well as a complaint with consumer authorities.
Any reply given by the company to this review will also be their automated reply. They won’t do anything. It’s all a scam with some ridiculous employees.
