I purchased an Eye Mini Lite from a UK supplier, in March 2025 as part of a self-build Simulator set-up. I have to say, I encountered a problem with getting it fully working and reached out to the Uneekor support team.
It turned out that the problem was of my own making, briefly, with the PC that I used to do the initial install. Another PC and it worked fine.
Before I resolved the issue, I engaged with Uneekor support over email and set up an appointment for a remote support call, which ultimately I didn't need and cancelled. However I found the whole support experience to be excellent, very responsive, helpful and certainly as good as I've experienced with anyone.

As for the EML, its early days for me but it I think it is fantastic value. I know it isn't portable and needs to be connected to power but frankly, I'm never going to want to take it on a range or golf course to work on the kinds of data that it provides.

Shady sales practices... I bought mine during the 20% sale and they said this is the best we will ever have. I ordered it, and it took over 2 weeks to arrive and then I hop their website to find out that then now offer 30% plus a GS Pro sub. I haven't even open the box and reached out to them and they said "nothing we can do, but you can return for a 15% restocking fee and order the new one." The customer service is idiotic and they offered no value or apologies. Why not offer something for the lie from teh sales team in October instead of throwing out the 15% restocking fee? Stay away, there are other Launch Monitors that are as good and they will treat the customer right and not lie to them to get a sale.
