Undo: Fremtidens forsikring 

Super easy, competitive pricing. Very happy so far :)

Compared to the enormous policy document I got as an offer from another insurance company, UNDO was fast, easy to understand and simple. UNDO seems a little more contemporary and less bureaucratic then others, and the transparency in the costing is helpful. In terms of improvements, I would still like an option to add interior design objects to my insurance, as I can live with a little red wine stain on my sofa, but a broken glass lamp is more difficult to make do with. Looking forward seeing how the insurance works in practice, would anything happen (hopefully not :)

Solved my 2 issues in half a day.

Can't register my address due to "handshake error" so can not get any further in the registration process. Waited for 30 minutes in a chat for a reply from support-nobody answered. Desktop version not available so no service. This is why you go with large insurance companies, if you want to buy their service at least you are always able to.

Edit reply: Handshake error is a two way street. In my case, the issue was not with my phone-it was a failureon your server side. I have contacted your support on a workday to let them know, not during a holiday. You could have admitted the failure and said that you are working on it instead of trying to make your customers seem stupid and bullsh%t your way out of it. This says something about your work ethic/transparency/reliability. No need to reply.

Much needed disruptor of the Danish insurance market - especially for younger people. Love the app and the user friendly interface. The Undo Kør app is excellent, I cut off half of the price of my existing car insurance. Highly recommended.

Extremely transparent and easy. No complexity and great flexibility to design exactly the insurance that suited my needs.

Can't recommend this firm. I have had them for over 1 year, then when I ask for 700kr for some sandals that where purchased for 1200kr they refuse. With the argument that they are on offer now for 450kr. Don't count on them to deliver good service, they only want to make money and twist the law to their favor.

Fortunately I haven't had to use it yet, but so far the whole idea behind the company is quite nice. Been a customer for more than a year and I really like how simple it is to add or remove covers on the insurance.

Tip: Would be really nice to have a version of the app in english :)

After my second-hand Hovding popped, I wasn't sure if I was entitled any reimbursement. Undo however were super quick to handle the case as soon as I proved my ownership of it; the procedure is quite straight-forward and easy to follow :) My new Hovding is on the way and I am looking forward to riding safely again!

Had a problem reporting my bike theft in the app, but the customer service was very helpful and I was able to fix it with the web version.

AVOID! Absolutely incorrect behavior from Undo!!! When something happens to you few time you become undesirable customer! They only care about their own profit and not about securing you! After my last incident when my dishwasher broke I asked if they can help with repair or if it’s covered by insurance, which it wasn’t and I was ok with it. I got a mail after saying they terminate my insurance and I am undesirable customer as I asked for their assistance too much, what’s the point of insurance and UNDO if they are not able to help and rather just cancel you?! Obviously they care only about customers who don’t have any incidents and pay them for nothing!!!

Great app!

I had my Christiania bike stolen, and the UNDO service was pretty smooth and fast. Patrick was super willing to help. I do recommend it to everyone!

Very price competitive and easy to get started.
