I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with this company.

I only wanted to try the service. I believed I was signing up for a trial or, at most, a one-month subscription. Instead, I was unexpectedly charged more than $200 for an annual plan that I never intended to purchase.

I contacted customer support immediately on the same day. I had used the service for only about two minutes with a small sample. The results were disappointing—my text was still detected as over 50% AI-generated by GPTZero, so the service did not deliver what I expected.

On top of that, the website was buggy and I even had trouble accessing my account.

I had to spend days sending emails just to obtain a fair solution. Although support eventually agreed to refund most of the payment while keeping one month’s fee, I am still waiting for the refund to be completed.

This whole experience has been incredibly stressful and frustrating. The checkout process was confusing, the service did not meet my expectations, and resolving the issue has taken far too much time.

To me, this experience felt like a scam. I cannot recommend this service based on what happened to me. I strongly encourage anyone considering a subscription to read the pricing carefully and make sure they fully understand what they are agreeing to before entering their payment details.

I cancelled my free subscription a long time ago and they just charged me $60. They are a scam. The AI doesn’t even work.

Absoultely useless, at 31 dollars a month for this crap - do yourself a favour and don't bother - complete rubbish , and cancelling a readers digest subscription, or an audience with the Pope would be easier - steer clear !

I had a bit of a problem with my subscription and cancellation but I had excellent help from Ana! She was very helpful and persistent with replies.

So i was charged twice i wanna say it worked okay but like everything went out the window once 135 dollars was taken out my account so lets fix that..

ABSOLUTE SCAM, they charge you before the trial is over, and when you ask for a refund they don’t provide it. I will be seeking legal action as they are an absolute abolishment of a company, well FAKE COMPANY!

"Money back guarantee' means nothing, their service DID NOT work I ran everything through zerogpt to confirm. Now they won't refund. AVOID.

I see that the company has subsequently reached out here. To be clear, their product did not work, they claim to have a money back guarantee, and suffice it to say, they were NOT going to honour it (they offered me free usage credits, TWICE, for a product that DOESN'T WORK) and ONLY when I posted this review did they then execute on the refund (and reply here to make it look like they're good citizens).

SaaS companies are famous for this kind of treatment of clients of course. I don't appreciate having to make threats to get them to return the money they effectively stole from me.

Overall, its a good platform based on my experience. It does the job and can save time on rewriting

Frustrated. You can't change a result as there is no prompt window to do so. If you need the essay to be 500 words or less, you can ask it but all it does is rewrite the actual sentence "Make this essay 500 words or less" then gives you a 700 word essay. Incredibly frustrating! The good news is after contacting me, they are helping with a partial refund.
