UV Appliances delivered on time with friendly, courteous team. Overall we are quite happily with the reconditioned fridge. A minor repair was necessary and UVA promptly had it fixed at no charge to us.

My washing machine broke, and they had a new one delivered to me in 2 days flat.
They took out the old one, brought in the new one, put it in the basement and hooked it up for me.
All very quick and efficient - it was great.

Undervalue Appliances was an amazing company to do business with! When I first called in to inquire about an Air Conditioning unit, they picked up right away, and were able to answer all of my questions. Payment and pickup instructions were clear and they made sure I understood everything before we continued with payment etc. The unit itself after pickup was in perfect condition, and we have had no issues at all (it has been about 4 months since our purchase). Prices are affordable, and service is impeccable! I would recommend Undervalue Appliances to anyone looking for an appliance!

The selection and ordering process was fairly straightforward. Didn't have any issues with the sales, pickup or refrigerator. It was a used appliance we purchased but is in excellent condition.

Bought a fridge, worked great at first then 3 weeks in it broke...
Called undervalue and left a message regarding the situation.
Did not even get a call back.
I think the undervalue is the customer service this company offers!!!
