I've ordered a few things from this shop, including the subscription boxes, and always been pleased with the quality and content, as well as pleasantly surprised with the birthday discount code they gave me. However, I recently ordered a few stationary sets, and Danielle emailed me to let me know that one of sets I ordered contained the same things as the two other boxes I'd ordered combined, in case I hadn't realised - which I hadn't. Absolutely phenomonal customer service in my opinion, as it was my own fault, and it just would have meant that I had duplicates of everything, but she went out of her way to make sure I wasn't accidentally buying more of the same things than I meant to. Will be getting all of my future journalling supplies from them, and recommending them to anyone that will listen!

I found this shop with looking for the LEUCHTTRUM 1917 notebooks. They have nice selection with reasonable price of them. The shipping was super quick with perfect condition. I like the packing with pretty Washi tape for small items in tiny plastic bag. I can feel their love and warmth from the shop. That was really a pleasure opening their box!
