Sent me a silver chain instead of gold.

Update: 31st October issue still not received the correct replacement.

Further update 5th November: I was assured on the 1st that I would be provided a clear update on the same day, and that the issue would be resolved without any further delay. It is now the 5th, I haven’t heard anything, nor have I received the correct chain.

Update 14th November: still no update on my order and have not been contacted since the 6th of November. It’s beyond ridiculous now, I just wanted the chain I ordered.

Update 26th November: I am now just being straight up ignored, no updates, no correct product. Awful customer service

Update 1st December: still being ignored.

Update 4th December: still being ignored.

Update 22nd December: Still being ignored

Update 4th February: Still no resolution to this issue. Strongly advise ever purchasing from this site.

Update, 17th March 2026: 6 months down the line and this useless company have not resolved the issue. I wont stop updating this review until the issue is resolved. Were here for the long run

Update 28th April 2026: I sent another email to this abomination of a company. Received a reply which said I would be updated. I’m now so fed up I’m taking legal action due to their breach of the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Just received my chain, very high quality it’s defo worth the money. I ordered the bracelet months ago and it still looks brand new. Also top notch customer service!

It is over a week since I placed my order and my item is stuck at the delivery depot with Evri!

The item was easy to order but was not delivered in 48 hrs and u suspect Royal Mail had something to do with this! I ordered the wrong size and comms to exchange it has been very poor. It’s literally radio silence from this company and I’m fed up! I probably will never order from them again and as I’m writing this still no sign of any communication.

Replacement chain offered to son which has not been sent. No response to several emails or to online form. Really disappointing customer service, particularly for a teenager.

Do not honour the warranty they offer - do not buy from them. I’ve been waiting over 2 1/2 months for warranty claim every single time I messaged them.
Oh, I’ll tell the fulfilment team to get it out to get out to them.
They’re disgusting people to work with stay away, conning and robbers.

Purchased a rope chain and some rings from Undeniable London. Came super quick, packaging is class with a little travel bag. Couldn’t recommend more, I’ll definitely be buying again.
