Website tells that packages are not opened but all of them. Every package contains useless and often broken stuff that you can't even use. Avoid using this service.

HMM NO VALUABLES?

I received my suitcase which was, to be fair, a case in reasonably good condition. On opening it (I was expecting to find a padlock on it) there was nothing but random clothes in there. No toiletries, no perfume, no charging cables, any tech, sun cream, nothing that one would normally take on holiday. So clearly this case had been sifted through before it was sent out. Feel really ripped off.

GDPR BREACH AND ALSO STANDARDS ARE POOR

I don’t have a problem with the items. I already knew after I had read reviews post purchase that it’s a scam. It’s quite funny because atleast my colleagues and I could laugh about how silly it was.

Anyways the problem here is … the repackage after opening items either to put it in with something else etc. but also the then to respond back to me and say they can’t because of GDPR. Well they don’t care about GDPR becuase I have packages with names on it!

What stops me from reaching out to these poor people. I know it’s silly to harp on becuase they think their T&C’s are water tight lol and probably just think who cares they got their £100. But point being is if your going to carry on with a poncy scheme ATLEAST have some quality of standard about it!

I have made a report to ICO about the GDPR breach and additional and BBC watch dog!

I highly recommend you email them your stories!

Obviously opened and repacked.

The small, dirty soft suitcase is unable to be reused it’s so old and worn.
It was very obviously opened and repacked with random rubbish. It was not full, and there was only clothing. Really ugly stuff, various sizes, mostly things that would be given to the Salvation Army and NOT taken on holiday.
No underwear,no toiletries, nothing except very old mis-sized; mismatched; junk.
I am disgusted at the duplicity of this company.

Total Scam

Total Scam. Managed to get half my money back. I ordered “undelivered parcels”. Was blatantly obvious 80% hadnt been through the post at all but just rubbish repackaged from Temu (or similar). All utter junk. Its not fun, it wasnt exciting, and its a total rip off. I wouldnt even pay £10 for this. Its all gone straight in the bin.

SCAM- AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Take your time to read the reviews. This is a scam. The case I was send contained all different size clothes. One of the dresses still
Had to charity shop label on. Don’t fall for the con and save your money. Not even the charity shop wanted the contents of this small hand luggage case. have reported the fraud to my bank & to Action Fraud, who are now filing a police report.
Also notice they delete all the comments in their social media and then limit the post to no comments. If they’ve got nothing to hide, why are they doing that!!!??

AWFUL

SCAM! Everything was obviously bought from a super cheap place in China.

I paid £106 for 3 unbranded work shirts, car parts, a halloween costume, an unbranded hoodie and a dog coat.

Fun and Good Value

I saw a lost luggage unboxing on social media and decided to order a lost bag. I did so before reading any Trustpilot reviews and actually considered cancelling my order once I had. I’m really glad I didn’t because I had an overwhelmingly positive experience. I placed my order on December 18th and didn’t expect the parcel until after Xmas. To my surprise, it showed up super quickly via FedEx on the 21st. The bag itself was a medium sized suitcase. On top there were some SHEIN items, a kindle fire, and a smart watch. Then there was a lot of men’s clothing, all of which was pretty nice and able to be used by my family. Items included a Nike hoodie, Levi teeshirt, Prada button down, and adidas joggers among other things. Can’t say for certain if these are all real but it’s not really on the company if they’re not. I ended up unboxing this order on social media, but I didn’t contact them beforehand to say that I would so it really is luck of the draw. At the end of the day, some luggage might not get reclaimed because it’s not got anything of value, so I don’t think this is a scam. It’s just a high cost gamble. Personally, I intend to buy another in the future and I had nothing but a positive experience with Undelivrd.

Warning this company is a scam!STOP DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING. I THOUGHT I WOULD TRY MY LUCK AND ORDER A 10PACKAGE PARCEL BUNDLE AND I REGRET IT. PARCEL CAME AND FROM JUST LOOKING AT THE PACKAGING I NEW I GOT SCAMMED. ALL PARCELS ARE OPENED AND LOOKED INSIDE AND ONCE THEY DONT FIND ANYTHING VALUABLE THEY HAVE RESEALED WITH TAPE. SOME ITEMS ARE USED AND DIRTY. I PAID OVER £100 WITH DELIVERY. PLEASE DONT GET SCAMMED LIKE I DID. I WILL TAKE THIS FURTHER AND SPEAK TO MY SOLICITOR IF I DONT GET A FULL REFUND.

Don’t do it.

Like other reviews there was nothing of any interest or value in this very small case full of well worn children’s clothes, it does look as though they could have taken anything of value out and shoved everything else back in. Front pockets of the case all empty. Also not really surprising given the things they sell are unclaimed. Don’t believe the influencers who could have been purposefully sent decent cases as a way of the company generating lots of sales to people like me who don’t have a huge following. One influencer has several million views of their opening of a big case from this company with good things inside.

It most certainly isn’t lost or…

It most certainly isn’t lost or unclaimed luggage. I received the smallest suitcase I’ve ever seen, probably half the size of a cabin bag, had children’s clothes 12 months and 18 months most of the clothes have been cut with something like scissors and not actually fit for purpose anyway. It was most certainly NOT travel luggage but filled with possibly charity shop clothes. I wouldn't get £1 back after spending £136. I know it is advertised as you don’t know what you are getting but this is most certainly a scam and they are not selling what is advertised. I have contacted for a refund but have not had a reply

Scammers!!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY

Do NOT waste your money on this site! I spent £100 on a box of "returns parcels," and I am absolutely furious. Everything was clearly opened and repackaged before being sent. What did I get? A pram wheel, 5 random dresses, lube, and 3 pairs of shorts. This is nowhere near £100 worth of value!

It's obvious they pick through the items, take the good stuff for themselves, and dump the rubbish on paying customers. Their videos are just bait to lure you in, but it’s all a scam. Don't fall for it!

Undelivrd £100 Amazon returns package is Junk

I brought the returned parcels package, very dissapointed. In my opinion they have been opened and sorted then placed back into another mailer bag with a warehouse address on it to make it look sealed. What a load of tat. I wish i had read trip advisor reviews beforehand.
I will NOT be buying any returned parcels ever again from anyone in the future, because i doubt that there are any honest people out there that truly leave any good stuff amongst the returns.
Please read about these types of purchases before buying and then make an informed decision.

i received a backback full of dirty and…

i received a backback full of dirty and useless crap,
i mean i couldn't even sell an item to try and recoup my wasted £130
all the side pockets were opened and there was nothing but dirty useless chlothes,
i think this is paramount to a scam and very unfair,
you guys shamelessly go through the cases and take anything of value giving us poor consumers no chance to make any thing,
i will never buy from this site again and urge anyone considering it to think again, totally disappointed and feel ripped off, and i will take my rubbish to the office and leave it outside the door
