The website is clean and easy to navigate the profuct pictures and descriptions are really nice as well and over all it was just a great experience

First of all, I absolutely adore the emails from Chief Dildo Officer. So whimsical, so charming, I read them out to my friends over breakfast. lovely content. Secondly, the products, gorgeous pieces of art that i would decorate my home if my parents didn't visit regularly. For the non decorative purposes... to quote Eminem; 'wowzers! I just made a mess in my trousers!' (apologies). Lastly, Customer service was so sweet when i emailed enquiring about delivery as I was a little anxious. Fabulous

I got exactly what I ordered and they listened to my request of not getting certain colour which was great! I absolutely love everything that I got!
With the new production and people there I do hope waiting times are not as long, that’s the only thing I noticed. They do send lots of updates and emails keeping people updated and in the know to what’s happening, like contests and new products!

Company is great at keeping in touch every step of the way, super descriptive about the products feel and customization is amazing. Wasn’t a fan of the super soft squishyness I chose for my toy but I will know for next time because the craftsmanship is amazing.
