Great Service
Easy to apply online. Great service. Treated me like a 'person' not a number - non judgemental, friendly advisers who understood my situation and if I was delayed in paying they just dealt with it without fuss. UK call centre so no problems with communication.
If you need and can manage a short term loan, because they all have high interest, then Uncle Buck is a good one to choose.

Absolutely shocking breach of gdpr
Absolutely shocking breach of gdpr. Full complaint in progress. The only credit that company has is their customer services manager Peter who has acted efficiently and professionally in the light of an extremely poor service. Do not apply, they will put your details back into a dialler and tell you that even if you ask them to be removed. Disgusting

got a loan of these and my god never…
got a loan of these and my god never again!!! the payments was coming out of my bank ok for a while then the bank was declining them each week although there was money in my account , it then made my account 5 weeks in arrears tried paying it several other ways including on my mums and sons card with there permission it kept declining it and now ive got alot of interrest added to my loan trying to pay them but it just wont go through maybe the banks dont like the name or think somethings dodgy but none of them will accept the payment

The cheapest repayments of any loan company I've found,paying by direct debit makes it much easier, I will definitely be using Uncle Buck again

Had 2 previous loans with this company
Had 2 previous loans with this company. Had no issues all paid off on time. Applied for another loan and because I had given them my full monthly income including tax credits was told this couldn't be done it was just wages only! So obviously by the time my expenditure was taken from wages I wasn't eligible because they wouldn't accept other income! Absolute joke!

Im a New customer took a loan out ..they have said to me that they are charging me extra for a default payment FOR THE FUTURE ...they said because you get paid on the 29th but your last payment is on the 19TH you will be 10 days late so we are charging you a FINE today
I said well I'm going to pay it as agreed they assumed I will be late..absolute cowboys I will find the office and give them a reason to think twice..IM NOT PAYING SEE YOU IN COURT

I applied for a loan which I could not afford, no checks were ever done resulting in my inability to repay. Now they are shirking their responsibility by not offering me a refund of their extremely high interest rate.

They were a fantastic lender in beginning my favourite but after I had 3 funerals to pay got behind with payments I did however pay them off this was 3 years ago . I have been receiving loads of emails as a valued customer you can apply again I have tried but got turned down due to the past even though I am more better now financially.. Now I am getting emails every day offering me loans and they won't stop even though I have emailed and they said they would stop them .

Poor Lender
Very bad lender. Preyed upon my poor financial situatuon. Claimed for irresponsible lending and feel they didnt take my complaint seriously at all complained in September 2018 heard nothing back but when i follwed it up they forwarded me an email which i have never seen? . Wouldnt recommend

Straight forward easy process.
Straight forward.Had a last minute problem a and knew I would pay extra for the loan like everywhere else.
Made application,all was explained and clearly informed.
Money was available in 20minutes or so.
It wasn't much so I paid it off in 4 months,equals amounts,1 quick text message 3 days before payment was due and 1 last email to inform all as been paid off. Overall I'm really satisfied with the all process and now done and dust it all that its left is a big thank you for helping when I really was stuck.
