I am new to the Bitcoin world and I’m so thankful for Unchained. Whenever I speak with someone there they are really helpful in explaining it clearly. I didn’t realized the complexity of holding keys and Unchained does a great job at supporting me through it and has a great product. When I spoke to other companies like Swan they felt like used car sales men.
Submitted an application for a bitcoin collateralized loan, completed the application, and included photo identification as requested (California DL) only to be told they couldn't use state ID. If they couldn't use a state drivers licence then why ask for it if not to unnecessarily collect KYC information. This was a pointless exercise and a letdown of an experience.
