I thought I had a problem with my bracelet but the problem was my head 🤣 it was the second bracelet I had purchased and I thought the names were all mixed up but I had completely forgotten that I thought the same thing with the last one so I complained to Luminessa who didn’t hesitate to contact me and once again explained how to sort it out, they were so kind and helpful and didn’t make me feel foolish, absolutely great customer care 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The engraved bracelet I purchase was the black link, with five names. My son said it was the best gift, other than his marriage and children. He put it on and has not removed it yet. It is a pretty nice gift, thinking of ordering one for myself. He would love a matching chain but they don’t make it…

This company go above and beyond with their customer service!! Having recently had an issue with a piece of of jewellery, I contacted them to see if they could help. I had an immediate response and their team went above and beyond to deal with my order! They are so efficient and helpful!! i contacted Luminessa jewelery to purchase another leather bracelet as mine had broken but they wouldnt hear of it and have not only supplied me with a new bracelet but with my original etched name rings as well

I would give this company 10 stars if I could. The charm bracelet I bought was beautiful but unfortunately the clasp occasionally ‘stuck’ and at sometime (unbeknown to me) it had stuck open and the charms all came off. It was the sentimental value of the charms that made it so upsetting: I reported it to the company and did not expect anything in response but they have been FANTASTIC…offered a replacement straight away! I can’t wait for it to arrive, it means so much to me as I had bought it for my return to work after having my third and final baby (each charm with one of their names on).

Beautiful bracelet and the support team are second to none.
I will be buying these as gifts for all of my friends & family.

Rating the overall bracelet, I would give it 2 stars.
Rating the customer service, I would give it an extra star. They were very friendly and patient with me and helped with all of my questions. I really appreciate that.
But with the bracelet being too small, and having to buy an extra link, the printed names being very tiny that you can barely see them, and not even receiving on Father’s Day when I ordered weeks in advance, that’s the reason I wouldn’t buy anything else with this company.

This bracelet was a tribute to our two sons that passed away. It was beautiful when we got it! Very well made and the company was wonderful to deal with.

The item looks great! I had a question, thinking it was a defect in the manufacturing (the names on the link bracelet were in different directions versus all being visible when worn). They quickly responded with a brief video showing how to easily adjust it. I was concerned the bracelet was going to be too small. They responded quickly again with an option to purchase more links. I ultimately didn't need them.

All this to say, they were so responsive and helpful, I'd definitely feel comfortable shopping with Luminessa agian!

Not UK-based like advertised! It is shipped from China. The method stated "Standard Shipping (5–8 Days)," but it took 16 days to arrive. Additionally, the bracelet was not personalized correctly—one name is on the outside and the other is on the inside. It’s pointless to have the personalization if you can’t even see it. Now it’s arrived, and it’s of cheap quality.

Engraving on the initial bracelet was very faint, contacted customer services and they sent out a replacement which is much better, very efficient service and my husband is delighted with his new bracelet, the size and quality is great.

The bracelet is exactly how pictured! It fits so well on my husbands wrist. He loves that’s it’s engraved with my and our children’s names. Getting through to customer service for the small issue I had was quick and easy. Solving the issue was even easier! I will definitely be ordering again in the future!

I thought that there was a problem with how the links were printed but wasn't - the company even sent a useful video explaining. Excelent product.
