Terrible Language Course
I expressed my dissatisfaction due to last-minute notifications of class cancellations and delays in starting classes, but I was completely ignored. When I requested a refund, I was told that it was not possible and that I could be transferred to the online course instead. I accepted this, but I have never been informed about when the online course will start. I am experiencing a serious communication problem — my emails are never answered in a timely manner. This has been a complete waste of time and money. I absolutely do not recommend it.
