Absolutely love this scooter
Absolutely love this scooter. Up to 21mph, airless wheels, and the lease/rental plan means I never have to worry about repairs or theft. Folds down and fits easily in any apartment. I swapped once and they make it very easy.

My experience with Unagi was very positive. Once I reached a customer service representative, they were exceptionally helpful and professional. They listened carefully to my issue and walked me through the solution step by step. The customer service representative demonstrated great product knowledge and resolved my problem efficiently. While faster initial response times would be welcome, the quality of service I received made up for the wait!

Awesome experience with Unagi Scooters
I really enjoy Unagi Scooters I am have been an all access member for a year and some change. I started out with the old model. Used for a while, really enjoyed and then upgraded on a special Unagi had. The Voyager is awesome. It's sturdy and durable. I have logged over 500 miles (and counting) on the same scooter, no issues either technical or mechanical related. Customer support was so helpful and non judgemental when I had an issue with payment and they were able to work with me, and even sent me a follow up email thanking me for payment and for continuing my subscription. It really made me feel good. This scooter has saved me from getting from point A to point B given I don't have a car. I even got my daughter one now too and we enjoy rides together. Thanks Unagi scooters team!

Customer service has been helpful with any billing issues. The scooter has a great range and works pretty well. Right now the software update has limited the speed which is supposed to be resolved but haven’t heard anything yet. I hope they fix it soon. Overall a decent buy for what you spend, though the speed thing needs resolved and I think the price should really be around 60 total a month.

I ordered from Unagi a few weeks ago. Unagi’s Customer Support Team contacted me shortly after and informed me my desired color was out of stock and I could wait a week until it came back into stock or I could select Gray since it was in stock and ready to be shipped out. Solid and sturdy scooter
I have been using Unagi scooter for my commute to work for last 3-4 months and have been quite happy with the performance. Unagi team is very responsive with the single issue I faced during my usage and issue me a replacement scooter free of cost. Scooter is solid sturdy and easy to carry from one place to another. I've recently had some health and financial problems, so I had to return one of my scooters. Unagi was quick too reply to my email and they solved any problems I had. The biggest one being canceling the correct subscription. I've never had problems with Unagi so far. Except it was hard finding the phone number for service, the email was responded to by the time I found it.

Overall pretty good!
Overall grate support kinda hard to get ahold of Tho just make sure you submit a ticket and you can get a real person pretty quick. Could not unlock the full speed of the scooter but they where quick the help me resolve the issue even sent me a replacement it a quick and timely manner. I would recommend them for sure if you need cheap transportation or a way to get around for sure can’t beat it .

I have been using Unagi for a while to get to bus stop and home and it has been very convinient and easy helpful for my commute. The customer service is also really great, when i had issues with my scooter they sent the replacement very fast and also easy to send back the problem one.
